Product

Are the sticks refillable?

Yes. Every rayro stick is designed to be refilled. You keep your outer animal case and simply replace the inner balm core when it runs out.

How do the refills work?

When your balm is finished, twist the top of the white balm case anticlockwise to remove the cartridge, remove the plastic lid from the new refill, place inside the animal and twist clockwise, recycle your empty cartridge.

Do I need to buy the animal case more than once?

No. You only need one case per product. After that, you can purchase refills separately.

What is the animal case made from and how can I dispose of it?

Our cases are made from durable, recyclable plastic designed to be reused again and again. When it eventually reaches end of life, check local recycling guidance for hard plastics.

Are rayro products natural?

We prioritise naturally derived ingredients and avoid unnecessary additives. Each formula is thoughtfully developed to balance safety, efficacy and sensory experience.

Are rayro products vegan?

Yes. All rayro products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Ingredients & Safety

Can I use rayro products while pregnant?

Our products are formulated for children and families using gentle ingredients. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and have specific concerns, we recommend checking with your GP before use.

What age are they suitable for?

Our sticks are designed for children aged 3 months+. For babies under 3 months, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

Are rayro products suitable for adults too?

Absolutely. While designed for little hands, the formulations are suitable for grown-ups too.

Are rayro products produced in the UK?

Yes. Our products are developed and manufactured in the UK to ensure quality and compliance with UK cosmetic regulations.

Is it a problem if my child consumes a rayro product?

rayro products are for external use only. If a small amount is accidentally ingested, monitor your child and seek medical advice if concerned. Always store out of reach when not in use.

What should I do if my child reacts to a product?

Discontinue use immediately. If irritation persists, seek advice from a healthcare professional. Please contact us so we can support you.

Should I do a patch test before use?

Yes. Apply a small amount to the inside of the arm and wait 24 hours before full use.

Delivery, Refunds & Returns

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and are sent tracked via Royal Mail.

Can I return my order?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
